I moved to the area two years ago and am renovating an older home that I just fell in love with. Tommy have done several major jobs including replacing the water main and connecting the home back to the city sewer. Customer service is great! I don’t know anything about any of the bad reviews that are posted here because they do not line up with the superior integrity of this company so I would not let those prevent you from giving these folks a call. This company is hands down the one to go to for your needs. Thomas went above and beyond what was expected and he completely restored my faith in small businesses after I recently had a bad experience with a small septic company. I am completely satisfied with service, character, and price! I was impressed with the quality of work and Mr. Durham willingness to answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and I didn't have to explain myself. He got right to the problem! I previously called another business but they weren't as nice. I had to ask them to leave my property because they came without the proper equipment and argued with me about my property! I'm thankful for Mr. Durham and his wife, such sweethearts! I was very happy with the work we had done by SWAT Plumbing, LLC. Swat plumbing was very prompt when called to come and give an estimate They were in contact with the insurance company and the claim was expedited in a prompt and forthright manner. They showed up to do the work on time as scheduled with the proper equipment and completed the task without complication. The owner was knowlegeable and polite. The task was not simple and required heavy equipment I would recommend them for any plumbing job.

Thomas came with all the parts for the broken tank .. in 30 minutes both toilets were working like new. He was very personable and has been in the Plumbing business for years. Did an excellent job.
If he says he’s going to be there to fix your plumbing, he will be there!! And if it’s a different kind of fix, he finds a way.
And he didn’t charge me an arm leg like most plumbers would.

Mr. Tom came out the same day I called. I had received a bill from the water Co. for almost 41,000 gallons of water. He found the leak and repaired it and the price was very reasonable. There was no upcharge for the extra parts that he had to get. I will recommend him to all.
Great service! Very friendly and professional workers came out to do the job on my septic system! Gave me a estimated time frame of maybe 2 1/2 days. Job was completed in 1 day. It has been over a month and everything is still working perfectly!! Thank you guys so much! Highly recommended!!
